Tai ChiTai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and health benefits. The focus of the mind on the movements of the form helps to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity. Sometimes referred to as “meditation in motion”, Tai Chi is a slow moving low-impact form of exercise that is often practiced in groups.

Buddha’s Light International Association of Victoria is please to announce that this year as part of Buddha’s Day & Multicultural Festival we will offer a moving body and mind meditation experience with Tai Chi followed by Walking Meditation taught by Venerables of Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple.

Join us and fellow visitors, young or old, for a moving body and mind meditation experience in the heart of Melbourne, Federation Square as part of the Buddha’s Day & Multicultural Festival!
